Phil Shell has been helping his clients buy and sell real estate for over 11 years. Prior to his career as a realtor, Phil was a partner in a hip & trendy cocktail bar in SF’s Union Square called Otis Lounge and then in 2016 he independently launched Hermanos Coffee & Juice in the financial district. During the winter of 2020, Phil successfully sold the business just in time to help his clients take advantage of historically low pandemic era interest rates. The fiercely competitive years of 2020, 2021 and early 2022 helped him to master the skill of writing winning offers! Understanding how to position his client’s offers to stand out amongst the many others has been his greatest asset in the competitive world of Bay Area Real Estate.
