Phil treats every client like family, and once you’re a part of the family - you’re always family.

Phil did not try to sell us at any point. He was consultative and was truly a partner.

He helped us sell our home quickly in Jan 2022 and definitely got the most out of the offers we had to maximize our returns.

Fast forward a month and he’s also helped us land our forever home. We wouldn’t have been able to afford that home with out the amazing price he helped us sell our previous home.

We’re buying another investment property soon, and we are definitely using Phil for every future property transaction!

Phil is a top tier realtor. His background in contracting gives him a complete view of a home, and we found the perfect home for our family because of Phil’s knowledge. He’s patient, smart and a hell of a negotiator. We paid 10% less than we were willing to for the home we got because of Phil’s skill. He also kept us from pulling the trigger too early on a home that wasn’t perfect for us even though it was $100k more than the home we ended up with (and worth probably $200k less).

I cannot underscore the importance of having a realtor with Phil’s background in contracting. By the end of every walkthrough, we knew exactly what would have to be fixed and that helped keep us level headed during such an emotional process.

We met more than our fair share of realtors with questionable ethics that promised the moon, but Phil kept us grounded and did an excellent job of maintaining our expectations.

Overall, Phil is the best realtor we met and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I've worked with Phil on purchasing my current home and it was a great experience. Phil made the experience very easy to follow, unlike other agents I've worked with. He provided a lot of value negotiating the offer as well as putting me in touch with some great people that I ended up working with on different aspects of the house. I highly recommend Phil, as someone who knows his stuff, gets things dome quickly and it's always on time and very responsive.
