Phil specializes in SW Portland homes and in investment properties throughout Portland. He spent the first nineteen years of his professional life in tax accounting, real estate and tax law, and affordable multi-family housing development. In 1997 Phil changed his focus to residential brokerage and was a consistent top producer with The Hasson Company Realtors for thirteen years before joining Keller Williams Realty Professionals in 2010. Phil’s unequaled breadth and depth of experience have made him a trusted advisor to other Realtors as well as hundreds of home buyers and sellers.
