He spent the first nineteen years of his professional life in tax accounting, real estate and tax law, and affordable multi-family housing development. In 1997 Phil changed his focus to residential brokerage and was a consistent top producer with The Hasson Company Realtors for thirteen years before joining Keller Williams Realty Professionals in 2010.
