The most client-oriented agent we've ever met. We came to Phil last summer; he showed us several homes over a two-day period, but we kept giving him reasons why they just weren't what we were looking for. We left Reno to get back to our overseas homne, but assured Phil we would continue to work with him. In November, Phil not only found us the perfect home, but also guided the package through to closing without us having retto come back to Reno--paperwork went smooth as silk!! Now the most amazing part--we trusted Phil enough to rely on his good judgment that this was the right home for us. Just walked into the home for the first time and it hit us; Phil had done his homework to deliver the absolute tailor-made home for us!! I have been working with Phil Welch since last summer to find just the right home. We have had a tough time with a short-sale on the first property that went sideways and a dissolved homeowners association that left the second property without a road maintenance agreement. Both of these situations were beyond Phil's control. For both properties Phil took charge of making sure all the necessary inspections were done and on time and that repairs were accomplished in a timely manner. On the second home he attempted to contact all the owners on the road and establish a new road maintenance agreement but there were some who flatly refused to discuss it. We were both dissappointed that neither of these properties closed but his patience and willingness to go the extra mile have left me with total confidence in his abilities as an agent. I know we will get the job done soon.
