Phil is a life-long Pacific Northwest resident, growing up on Mercer Island and moving to the Snoqualmie Valley in 1991 with his family to raise his children in a supportive, small-town environment. He knows the local neighborhoods, and communities intimately! Phil is well known in the local soccer community, having coached for 20 years for Snoqualmie Valley Youth Soccer.

When Phil isn't making home ownership dreams come true, you'll find him and his business partner and wife, Andrea, gardening on their property in rural Snoqualmie. Phil also enjoys playing hockey, brewing craft beer, supporting local music, and enjoying the beauty of the area by exploring trails with his border collies, Maggie and Izzy.
