Philip Fong

Philip is a partner and principal broker of Affinity Realty.

His journey began with managing family owned commercial and multifamily properties. Philip has been a licensed real estate broker since 1984 and has worked with various family-owned real estate brokerage and development companies over the years. Philip provides a wide range of real estate related services through Affinity Realty and its affiliated businesses.

Prior to joining Affinity Realty, Philip has served churches as a staff pastor for 20 years. He holds a Bachelor's in Management, a Master's in Christian Education, and a Doctorate in Leadership. He lives with his wife and two children in Central Florida. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading, golfing, and the beach.
