Phil was excellent in helping us to sell our home. He was very educated in determining what price to sell our home. He came in and gave us very good suggestions on things that we should repair or update so that it would show much better in the current real estate market. When it came time to put it on the market he received 10 offers in the first 48 hours. He presented us those offers in a detailed Excel spreadsheet so that we could make a very educated decision on which offer to accept. During the process of Home inspection, Phil was always there to help through the process because we were 3000 miles away.
Phil was very responsive to our text, emails and phone calls all during the process. He always worked in a professional manner. I would definitely use him again and I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.

My fiancé and I had been house hunting for a long time when we me Phil. We immediately had a great rapport. Phil was conscious of our wants and needs when he showed us houses. He got us set up in the portal quickly and was very accommodating in setting up showings. Once we found the house we were looking for, Phil took us in hand and walked us through the buying and closing processes.

I could keep going... we highly recommend Phil as a realtor. He was pleasant through the whole process and if we decide to buy another house we’ll definitely call him first!
