Philip’s compassion and patience was a true blessing. This was our first home and I had lost my husband in 2017; therefore I wasn’t sure if I was ready to let go. Philip told me to take my time and to let him know when I was ready.

When I finally made that decision to sell I was located in North Carolina and my house was in Virginia. Philip walked me through everything; he explained every little detail, he called or texted just to make sure I was okay.

There is so much I can say about Philip. He is like family and I always knew he had my back. I never worried that something would go wrong because he was always available and he made this life changing event for me smooth and worry free. I thank God that I remembered to give him a call when I fired my first agent. I found a house and submitted an offer in a matter of days after firing my agent of a few months.
