Jamila Clay Bought and sold a Single Family home in Lexington, KY. We met PJ almost 3 years ago at an open house. He was very personable, didn't come at us as what I thought a typical Realtor would (i.e. pressuring us) so we were impressed. My husband and I chose him to help us find a new home. We weren't the average home buyers, probably more difficult to work with because we were indecisive and procrastinators. That didn't seem to frustrate PJ at all. He showed us beautiful homes that fit our wish list but we ended up choosing to build. He helped us in that process which also was a bit difficult, but again he was calm and collected and stuck it out with us. When we finally decided to sell our old home, he was on top of it. Sold our home for full asking price before we listed it publicly! I am so appreciative of his hard work and dedication. He always made us feel like we were his priority and that is what makes him a great Realtor! I highly recommend choosing him for your home buying/selling needs.
