Philip Stevens

Philip was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago and moved to Marion County, Florida in 2007 after a two year search that spanned multiple states and multiple cities across the great state of Florida. Philip and his family enjoy being Floridians and have a great love for the Marion County nature, restaurants, attractions and amazing trails in the area as well as being just over an hour from either coast.

Philip’s career has led him from engineering to information technology to running a very successful online retail business. Philip’s marketing experience in online retail sales has directly transferred to the real estate market where Philip is a true professional in getting his client’s homes in front of buyers for maximum rapid exposure.

Philip’s other strengths as a Realtor® include his negotiating skills and ability to listen to client comments and hear exactly what they are looking for. Philip refers to himself as a “visual listener”, that is, he observes his clients reactions to properties to really hone in on what they’re desires are in finding a home.

Philip truly loves helping his clients buy or sell homes. In his time away from real estate he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. You may also find him out bass fishing on one of the beautiful Florida lakes or rivers.
