Philip Walker is the Managing Broker for Walker Realty Partners LLC located in Dallas, Texas. Since being licensed, Philip has worked with both sellers and buyers, resulting in over 3,000 home sales in the Dallas and Fort Worth metro area. It was inevitable from the age of 5 that Philip’s interest in touring builder model homes on weekends would lead him to a successful career in the field of real estate. His notable skill in using Lego to design and build homes also allowed him to express his creativity in architecture.

Philip’s early interest in real estate led him to Texas Christian University, where he earned dual degrees in Real Estate and Finance. He continued his education at TCU, earning his MBA in Finance while working full-time as a commercial real estate loan officer for a large regional bank. As a young loan officer, he benefited from interactions with many of the most successful homebuilders and developers in Dallas/Fort Worth. This experience with very large bank loans helps Philip to this day in being sensitive to the significant holding costs of every homeowner and investor client.

Philip is passionate about providing the best client experience. His education in Finance and Real Estate gives him an edge over others in being able to foresee market changes so that his clients can make informed investment decisions. Having sold so many homes, he has an eye for detail in spotting potential repair issues, has a lengthy list of experts on call to come up with solutions, and keeps future resale in mind. His goal is to provide a seamless process for buyers and sellers by offering a roadmap in advance and handling many challenges "behind the scenes."

Philip loves animals and enjoys supporting local rescue groups, the City of Dallas shelter, and the Dallas SPCA. He formerly served as President of the Dallas Companion Animal Project. When asked how many rescue animals he has, he avoids being specific about numbers.

Philip’s second passion has always been international travel, and he has spent over two years outside of the United States in various locations around the world. Some of his most memorable trips include riding elephants in the jungle of Nepal, attending the monthly camel market in a remote area of the Egyptian desert, exploring the Jokhang Temple in Lhasa, Tibet, and climbing the ruins of Borobudur Temple in the jungle of Java.
