Phillip has now helped us buy, sell, and build several different homes and we keep using him because he is on top of it. He is very serious when he needs to be and very funny whenever he can be. He will keep you and everyone involved on their toes. He sold our first house in 12 hours , and then sold it again In 12 hours .. ( crazy first buyers) which btw he totally helped and encouraged us through that whole process! Phillip is a go-getter full of good energy that can the job done ! Don't mess around with anyone else, he is totally worth it!! I believe we are in our mostly forever home so I don't plan on using him again unless we get a rental property 😜 something else he is highly skilled in!!

I can’t compliment Phillip enough! He’s exceptional and the best real estate partner we’ve had In our 30 years of buying snd selling properties! Professional, reliable, responsive and relentless to get you the very best deal! We had offers before the home hit the market. He aligned 23 showings in one evening! Then presented us with 10 offers the next morning! We chose the offer that was $68k over asking, guaranteed over appraisal, buyer paid title, sold as is! This is real estate history! I get that this market is uncharted territory with how insane it is, but Phillip didn’t miss a beat. He went above and beyond over and over. We bought our new home within days of accepting an offer. Once the sales were done, and in the 11th hour, he got everyone on board so we could close both properties at the SAME time! A huge convenience for working parents. We trust Phillip to have our best interest at heart! He has integrity and is passionate about doing his very best throughout the entire process! Don’t leave your equity on the table! Phillip was awesome. My wife and I where moving from Michigan and it was quite the process. I was never able to physically come down to look at houses so my wife and boys flew down and we had a few houses picked out to look at. So at each house they FaceTime me in so I could see the house and Phillip was great as I peppered him with questions. So from the beginning to the end which was about 2 1/2 months he was able to connect us to those that where a vital part of making this purchase a reality. But the best part was that he continually shared his faith in the Lord as we went thru different steps in the process. What a comforting felling that was. I would highly recommend Phillip.
