Phillip Barry is the Founder of Barry Investment Real Estate, a firm focused exclusively on apartment sales throughout the Pacific Northwest. Phillip has dedicated his career to advising owners on the acquisition and disposition of apartment communities across Oregon and Southwest Washington. Phil spent 18 years at a respected local brokerage specializing in multifamily sales and has been involved in approximately $500 million in apartment investment transactions. Phil takes a client-first approach, believing that every property tells a story - and every client deserves a thoughtful, strategic plan for their portfolio. Growing up around his family’s apartment appraisal firm, Phil gained early exposure to thousands of multifamily valuations across the region. That foundation continues to shape his perspective today - grounded in fundamentals, data-driven insight, and long-term value creation. A Portland native and graduate of Jesuit High School and Oregon State University, Phil’s roots run deep in the local real estate community. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, coaching youth sports, hiking throughout the Northwest, and staying closely connected to the apartment market he serves.
