About Phillip

Growing up in a small town allowed Phillip to develop a passion for helping people and building strong relationships with everyone and anyone he met. He was raised on farm, which taught he about hard work and strong morals. A firm believer in the mindset you get what you work for and by treating people with respect and consideration has helped him grow his real estate business. He attended East Carolina University and obtained his Bachelor’s of Science, while working in construction and working in the customer service industry. Before entering the real estate world, Phillip worked as a Director of Sales for a Pharmaceutical company.

Phillip hit the ground running in real estate and within his first year he sold 48 homes and has grown by 45% year after year in production. He has over 10+ years in sales and has sold over 70+million dollars in real estate transaction, which equivalent to over 300+ homes. Since starting his real career he has built one of the top producing real estate teams in the Triangle and nation.

When he’s not selling houses, you can find Phillip working with one of the local dog rescues “triangle beagle rescue” or helping out in his community. He is an avid workout enthusiast and gear head for cars. He also has a passion for travel and home renovations.

More than anything, Phillip wants his clients to remember his knowledge of sales negotiations and his passion to get his clients the best deal possible. He strives to be a patient, calming force during an emotional time, and to create a relationship with every client that turns into a friendship.
