Phillip George

Phillip is a native North Carolinian born in Sanford and spending most of his life in the Triangle area. He has been in the real estate industry since 1998 working in several different areas including new construction, property management, and residential sales. His unique skill set, with a background in building new homes combined with excelling in real estate sales brings a unique skill set not found with many agents.
Phillip received his real estate license in 2010 and his full broker license in 2013. Since becoming licensed, Phillip has developed his business based on a client-centric model. "The customer comes first, before anything else, that is how they and their families become clients for life". Phillip's has a wide range of experience in residential sales including relocation, new construction builds, first time home buyers, and seasoned resale home sellers. His dedication to clients has been rewarded with multiple awards for sales every year he has worked in the industry including 2017 President's Cup Winner, 2016 Top Overall Sales Associate and 2016 Top Selling Agent from Carolina Broker Council.
Phillip works closely with his team members, but believes that being a hands on agent is important to getting his clients to their goals of buying or selling. His support staff works in the background and no client is ever handed off, assuring that Phillip can always navigate a transaction from beginning to end.
Phillip and his wife, Kelly, currently live in Johnston County with their dog, Ki, a Doberman Pinscher. When not working, they enjoy golfing, hiking with their dog, volunteering with the SPCA and Rise Against Hunger and watching college and professional sports.
