After spending his childhood and teenage years vacationing as well as working in Ocean City, Phillip decided to make the move permanent in 2000. Since his move, he has worked in managerial positions for small businesses, provided entertainment as a singer/songwriter throughout Ocean City, and worked as a contractor that furthered his education on the proper construction of a structure. Phillip’s vast knowledge, as well as love for the Maryland and Delaware shores, gives him the drive to be a highly motivated realtor. He enjoys interacting and touring properties with potential clients in hopes of providing a place where families, especially future generations, can carry on traditions at the beach. When Phillip isn’t finding clients their dream home, he likes spending his time playing the guitar, surfing, or spending time outdoors with his wife and dog.
