Phillip worked tirelessly to make sure I got a home I was happy with. He never pressured me into settling for a place i didn’t want. Phillip was so patient and even worked with my work schedule; which others didn’t do. I am extremely satisfied and happy with the service Phillip provided. I’ve been recommending Phillip to all of my friends and family; I wish I would’ve contacted him sooner. Phillip will be the only person I work with whenever I decide to move. This was my first time buying a home and Phillip was very helpful every step of the way. Any time I had questions or just wasn’t sure about the whole process Phillip was there with answers and when he didn’t have the answer he made sure to find out for me. I was able to express to Phillip what it was I was looking for and in what areas. He was patient and I never felt rushed in making a decision. I would definitely recommend him to anyone of my family or friends that are ready to start the home buying process

Phillip Owens made finding my home the easiest/smoothest process ever. If I didn’t like something he was on top of it and never forced me to agree to anything I didn’t like. Always agreed to see property that he knew before arrival wasn’t picture perfect. Never complained and was very transparent. Really worked hard on finding the perfect home for me and my family. He will go above and beyond to get the job done. He walked me through the entire process from start to finish. Great guy who does great work. I would 100% recommend him as your realtor.

Phillip is an terrific agent. He listened and provided me with properties I would want to see challenged me a little and it was a good thing because of it I found the house I wanted. I didn’t even know I wanted a ranch style home. If you are thinking of working with Phillip do it. Phil Owens was our realtor from January until we closed July 2021. Phil stuck with us through it all, from beginning to end. He was very patient with me during my frustration times. He listened and knew exactly what we was looking for in a house and every house that he sent to us was right on point. Even though the market was in a bidding war, he took his time to explain to us the process of buying a home in a competitive market, telling us what to expect from the beginning to end and he was right about everything. Even though we have close on our home and are NEW HOME OWNERS Phil is still checking on us to see how everything is going.
