I have known Phil both personally and professionally for over 25 years. I reside in Scottsdale, AZ and when it came time to sell my parents home in the Bay Area in 2020, I immediately knew that I could trust Phil to handle things for me. Phil was very reassuring that he would be able to make the process painless and hassle free. Phil jumped right in and handled things in my absence, looking after my interests in the best, most professional and expeditious way. I ended up getting more that I was expecting and all the paperwork was handled via email. I highly recommend Phil if you want, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated results with buying or selling in the Northern California area.

Dr Runco has been my Chiropractor & friend for about 20 years. When it became time to sell my home in 2020, I discussed this with Phil. We very quickly sold my home during the pandemic, in 1 day at a price in excess of what I expected, w/o any conditions. He also helped me locate and buy my new home (newer & larger) during the closing process, at a lower price than I expected. I would recommend Dr Runco to anyone who is looking for a dedicated a persistent Real Estate agent. He is the best agent you could ask for!

This past year has been quite a whirlwind. Dealing with selling and buying houses....phew! Between the stress and personality clashes, inspections then more stress. It doesn't seem like it ends.... But it does. We have discovered that having a good agent is how you survive. Phil Runco and his team are not good ... They are great. He's helped us with 3 transactions this past year, and I don't know how he did it, but he did. We survived and couldn't be happier. He walked us through everything...I felt like we had his undivided attention when we needed it, especially during the stressful times. His reassuring manner and kindness are unmatched. Thank you Phil and Sara for helping us this whole year. Now go sell someone else's house!
