Russell was the answer to my prayers. He is very professional but friendly and very knowledgable. His response to my calls and questions were immediate and he kept me very informed as to what was happening throughout the entire process. He asked lots of questions to learn about me and what I was looking for and focused in on showing me properties that would fit me and my criteria. Although I had him take me to several homes he never made me feel as though I was imposing on him. And when we found my home he really went to work. He was able to negotiate a price far below the asking price and much lower than we ever thought we could get the home for. Russell is a lion and will go to battle for his customers. However, we were unable to complete the purchase as my husbands job transfer did not happen. Russell was very sympathic and kind. But now we will be selling our current home and buying a new home here in Tulsa. I have already asked Russell to sell our current home and help me find my dream home here. And because he is licensed in the whole state of Oklahoma he has quickly agreed to help us. I am recommending Russell to everyone I know or who will listen. Russell will be the only Realtor I will use from now on.

I used Russell to both sell my old house and purchase my new one. He did an excellent job marketing my house and getting it sold for my asking price in a difficult market. He also was able to get it sold well ahead of the timeframe I was expecting. When it came time to purchase a new home Russell was able to find me a large number of houses that fit mine and more importantly my fiances criteria and what we were looking for. Once we found our new dream home is when Russell's expertise really kicked in. He was able to negotiate a great deal for us and was able to get the price even lower than what we thought we could get it for. I highly recommend Russell for anyone that is looking to either sell or purchase their new home. His number one priority was clearly our satisfaction and he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and got the best deal on both ends of our sale and purchase. I will be sure to use him next time I decide to either sell or purchase another property.

Russell was absolutely excellent! We had our house on the market with another realtor for 6 months, and never had much interest in it. I think it is because she (our other realtor) didn't really put our house out there, and wouldn't give us any advice on ways we could improve the house for it to be more likely to sell. The moment Russell came to our house, he told us all of the things that needed to be done and wasn't afraid to tell us. He was there to sell the house, and he did within a month of it being back on the market! I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Thank you Russell!!!
