Phillip works all over Southern California. He loves working in the South Bay (Palos Verdes, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Torrance & Lomita) but also does work in various cities in LA and OC. He loves speaking real estate, he loves talking about investing and he loves exceeding his client’s expectations. In today’s market, social media and having online visibility is so important. Because of that, he gives each of his listings it’s very own website, he pays to market his properties on various social media and online outlets, and he invests in great photos, videos and host amazing open houses where you get two professionals representing you and your property.

Phillip graduated from Cal State Dominguez Hills with a Major in Communications and Minor in Marketing. He played college baseball at Cerritos College, Chico State and CS Dominguez Hills.
