Phillip performed admirably during the entire process. He presented the comps from a number of vendors which helped us understand the market and define an attractive listing price. In one day of listing, we had 100s of views and numerous saves on the realtor websites. More importantly we had 8-10 showings and 4 offers in the first two days. Phillip walked us through the multiple offers and helped us understand the nuances of each. We picked the strongest offer and closed the sale in about 3 weeks, with Phillip helping us every step of the way. I recommend working with Phillip on your housing needs with the highest possible regard.
