We worked with Phillipa to buy our Kirkland condo a few years ago, and we stayed in touch since then. Of course we reached out to her as soon as we decided to sell and upsize into a bigger home. Phillipa and Fariba took care of everything and walked us through the process to prepare our condo for sale. They helped plan out every detail of what needed to happen to target the desired list date. The condo looked amazing, was staged beautifully, and even though the market softened, it sold for full price. We were very happy with Phillipa and Fariba team, and have now started the process to search for our new home with them by our side.

What an extraordinary experience! We started working with Fariba & Phillipa as we began to plan our move from California to Washington, and narrowed down our search for a new construction home. They were in constant contact with us in the lead up to, and getting into contract on our new home. They stayed on top of the process daily, sending us updates as another month went by and the builder worked hard to finish in the face of supply chain challenges. We closed just in the nick of time, and we couldn’t be happier! It’s very clear to us that this transaction would not have happened if it wasn’t for these ladies! We’ve already been telling our friends about them and will continue to do so!

The whole process was a breeze, she was super helpful and informative and went way above and beyond. I’ll definitely work with her on all future real estate deals.

UPDATE: I'm updating this review as Phillipa, and her partner Fariba, just helped me sell my buy and sell homes again this year (2022). I loved my home but got the taste for even more space and they helped me find this beautiful place on acreage. Another smooth transaction, love working with these two!

We’re lucky we came across Phillipa and Fariba to help us with our home search. We were totally green, being first-time home-buyers, and they happily showed us several condos, sometimes late at night to accommodate our schedules. They helped us understand the pros and cons for each HOA, in terms of financial standing and what’s included etc. They also patiently explained how the whole purchasing process works, from strategizing a good offer, to pointing out the main things to look for with inspection reports, seller’s disclosures, condo documents and such. We just closed on our new condo and are looking forward to making it our own, thanks to Phillipa and Fariba!

We met Phillipa several years ago, through mutual friends, and we always kept her in the back of our minds, for the day we would be ready to sell our Kirkland condo. That day came, and we looked closer at her professionalism and selling history online and were very impressed. Phillipa, and her partner Fariba, gave us clear guidance as to what to do in order to prepare fully, and thoroughly, for the go-to-market date. They were great communicators with and respond instantly to any questions we had. We never felt like we were left hanging without a response because they would respond within in seconds of any inquires we had during the selling process. They complimented our own furniture and art pieces with staged items, and the unit looked incredible, the professional photos astonishing. We think it is always most important to have exceptional pictures when you are selling your property so you can stand out. Their photographer was top notch. They kept us informed, every step of the way, so we knew what was happening and why. These ladies are real professionals and on the top of their game. Even when the first buyer’s financing fell through, they didn’t skip a beat. They had a second buyer party waiting in the wings, and we were in contract within 24 hours of us learning the first buyer couldn’t close. A truly great experience with Phillipa and Fariba! Phillipa is an outstanding real estate agent who gets results. She is a true visionary whose marketing and staging strategies turn a home into an irresistible magnet for buyers.

One of the biggest pluses of hiring Phillipa is that she has her own staging company. I didn't realize the importance of staging until I saw the finished product. The house for sale was mid century modern so it was important to get the color combinations perfect so everything popped. The finished product was jaw dropping and I believe the staging, coupled with the outstanding photography were responsible for drawing in a very wide circle of buyers. The end result was a bidding war that resulted in a final selling price 20% above the asking price and a final price that far exceeded my expectations.

Thank you Phillipa for providing you and your teams amazing service and utmost professionalism. It was a pleasure to work with and this has been the most easy going, positive and productive real estate transaction I have ever had.

Buying our new home!
We had been keeping an eye on the W Lake Sammamish lakefront market for several years. Then, when it came time to purchase our dream home, we were delighted to be working with Phillipa. They exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We started searching for a bigger house a couple of months ago, we were lucky enough to met Phillipa while looking for houses in Woodinville and we didn’t imagine that 2 months later we would be packing to move to our new place.

Having someone like Phillipa in your corner in this crazy and competitive house market is a must. Phillipa was very patient, proactive and always available for showing us several houses, first in Woodinville and then in Bothell. Once we found a house we liked, Phillipa found a buyer for our existing house and provided options for financing so we could sell & buy at the same time, this was way amazing and beyond our expectations!

Phillipa also helped us to get answers to dozens of questions regarding the house, the inspection report and even helped us to get quotes for repairs required prior closing and hooked us up with a contractor for further renovations.

My wife also really appreciated the welcome baskets that she prepared for us, and the kids were so happy with their thoughtful gifts, (and our puppy loves her little Christmas sweater)! We would definitely recommend Phillipa if you’re having trouble choosing a realtor! You could say our experience was “miraculous”!

Phillipa was amazing, and patient with us. It took us a while to go from browsing Zillow to finally making the decision to get a pre-approval letter to actually buy. She was very patient, and also helped us search for land! We got a lot of good reports from land that we were looking for, and while we ended up not finding land that was good, we got all the info we needed to make the decision. We eventually ended up submitting an inquiry to a house at 10am on a particular day. She said the review date was that day at 2pm. We saw it at 12pm, submitted an offer by 1:30, and we were in-contract by 8pm! What an amazing experience!
