⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Phil is a respectful and patient realtor. I had a very "tricky" situation I was facing in order to buy my house which required her to stay in contact with me constantly even though I was in a drastically different time zone. This was the first home I ever bought and she guided me through every step expertly. In every conceivable way, Phil went the extra mile to make sure that I 1) got the best deal possible and 2) had my expectations, needs, and even some of my wants during the buying process met or exceeded. I'm so glad she was recommended to me. She really knows how to pick the best for her clients and she is very clear and honest in her dealings. Phil helped us list our starter home in the summer of 2015. We had never sold a house before and had no clue where to begin. Phil was very knowledgeable and walked us through every step. She was especially helpful in determining the price that we should sell for. She is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market and we sold our house for an amazing profit. After selling our home we immediately turned around and used Phil to help us buy our new house. She got us an amazing deal and walked us through things like financing, inspections and insurance. She went above and beyond several times but especially when we had a big hiccup with our financing and almost lost out on the house. She worked around the clock to insure that everything worked out in the end and now we are happily settled into our new house! I am certain that without her know how and several contacts throughout the valley we wouldn't have closed the deal on this house.
