Where do I start!? From the very beginning of meeting Philomena and Mike we had an instant connection. They were both the most friendly and knowledgeable professionals I’ve ever worked with. We didn’t have the easiest buying process but Philomena was there to make it better! (We had a new construction home that had constant delays due to supply shortage.)She had amazing advice and she always made sure we put our best foot forward! She checked on me the whole process and assisted on keeping contact with everyone and even kept everyone on the same page for me, in comparison to other realtor horror stories where they find you a house and go missing. She worked hard and diligently and now I feel like I have a new family member. I refer her to anyone who even mentions they need help with buying a house. Overall A++++++ experience I’m glad I had Philomena in my corner and I LOVE our new home!!! Thanks for treating me like family from the very start!

I know everyone says that people go above and beyond. Philomena really does tha,t she really cares about people and it's not just a job for her. She always wants to help people and always responds to calls and messages. My experience with Philomena Alexiou was a great experience. She worked hard while trying to help me get into the right home for the right price.
Philomena was thorough, efficient, talked me down when I was on the verge of wanting to stop looking.
Whenever I had questions or concerns about the process, she was there to help and answer me no matter how early or how late I would text.
I really do not think that I would have found my forever home if it was not for her diligence, care and understanding of what I wanted and the areas I was looking in.
I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know who is truly looking to purchase a home.
