About Phoebe
Home, Casa, Nest, Abode, Refuge, Sanctuary....
It starts with finding that special place, with qualities that are hard to put into words. Falling in love with a neighborhood or walking into an open house and knowing you have just found your new home. It is also having the amenities you been looking for--schools, a beautiful park, an easy walk to a cafe or the grocery store, bus and light rail stops. Seattle's great neighborhoods are one of the things that draw so many here.
Phoebe’s family has been in the Northwest since the late 1800's, having moved West to become part of the booming timber industry. After having done her own exploring, her and her husband moved back to Seattle from Ketchum, Idaho, to put down roots and raise their family. She has been a realtor for more than two decades and has built her career around life in this beautiful city. She has developed an intimate knowledge of Seattle neighborhoods, schools, the arts, and architecture.
Phoebe’s educational background in design, residential renovation, interior design, and color has helped compliment her work as a realtor. As she shares her knowledge with clients, they learn that it is vital to effectively stage a home as part of the marketing plan. A properly staged home helps buyers imagine all of a home's possibilities. She has built a network of craftsman and service providers to help her clients with everyday issues, remodels, repairs, moving, staging, or finding a great restaurant. What she wants you to know is that she is here for you, to offer her knowledge, expertise, and enthusiasm.
Preparation, Marketing, Strategy
The cornerstone of a successful purchase or sale is finding an advocate who clearly understands your vision and your needs. In addition to market knowledge and skill at the negotiating table, Phoebe guides her clients through each phase of a transaction, providing resources and solutions to challenges that may arise.
She understands the intensely personal nature of buying or selling a home. Each transaction is as unique as you are, so the focus is on your needs and individual real estate goals. Building a relationship of trust and respect is her mission.
