Phoenix Thottam

Phoenix’s last name is “Thottam” which in Kerala (South India) means “Real Estate”. He grew up working with Los Angeles County & Riverside County multifamily asset classes with his dad, Luke Thottam, who in the 1980s & 1990s owned and operated a family run multi-family property management business that at its peak consisted of over 2,000 apartments across 18 different apartment buildings. Phoenix has worked for — directly or indirectly — with Goldman Sachs, O’Melveny & Myers LLP, Kennedy Wilson, Marcus & Millichap and Charles Dunn in the past and, most recently, as a commercial multifamily broker with KW Beverly Hills.
Phoenix brings to his brokerage clients state of the art marketing & financial valuation analytics. This includes the leveraging of current technology, best-in-class photography & videography, and as well as a wide range of valuation, leasing, and property management experience. He also has substantial experience negotiating with contractors, permit compliance management and regulatory oversight, and experience in meeting Los Angeles County & Los Angeles City’s Building & Safety requirements for tenant improvement, alterations projects.
