We just closed on a home in Atlanta in September 2021. And from the start we were blessed to have Phylicia Harvey working with us. She is very knowledgeable about this business and broke things down to better our understanding of a process that was new to us.

We were paired with Phylicia through Realtor.com. From our very first conversation with her, we immediately felt at ease and secure that she would find us the perfect home. Phylicia was very professional, listened to our constantly changing requests, and somehow managed to find us the perfect home every time we changed something. He response time to questions, scheduling showings, and making offers on homes was mind-blowing. It felt like we were her only client, which was far from the truth. Buying was a very stressful experience for us, and it was our first time. She was always kind, and honestly cared enough to always encourage us and reassure us that in the end, it would be worth it. We couldn't have asked for a better agent, and felt like in the end we had found more than just an agent, we had found a friend. Phylicia even made sure that our children were included and would happily follow our little one around when there was something he just had to show her. In the end, we found a beautiful home, and our agent for as long as she is in the business.

I could write a short story on all the ways Phylicia Harvey assisted my family along the way! She was GREAT! I got approved & she helped us find & get into our home in about a month. I had reached out to prior agents, due to my family's unique situation & they weren't interested in putting in any of the extra work we needed.
