Phylis Thorson

After 40 years of teaching, Phylis made the change to real estate. She joined Coldwell Banker Legacy in 2014 and the property management division of Coldwell Banker in January 2015. She has enjoyed showing homes and helping people find a new home or their first home. Phylis’ father and husband are retired from the Air Force, so she has had the opportunity to travel around the United States, Europe, and islands to the west. As Phylis traveled around, she was a teacher in preschool, elementary, and middle school. Teaching worked out well with four children as it allowed her time to devote to them and their activities. Phylis enjoys reading, bowling, quilting, and yard work in her free time. Phylis looks forward to working with new clients and helping them buy a home or sell their current home.
