Phyllis Hanley is the Owner and Broker of Cambridge Group. In an effort to handle all the real estate needs of her clients including Residential purchases and sales, it was decided that obtaining the Realtor designation was the best way to service her clients in the professional manner they have come to know on the Commercial side. The benefits that the Realtor affiliation and the GLVAR created, would in effect make it a one stop shop for her clients a full service Real Estate Group. Phyllis is licensed as a Real Estate Broker and Property Manager in the state of Nevada and is also the Corporate Broker for the Cambridge Group Ltd. which concentrates on Commercial Sales, Leasing and Commercial Property Management. Phyllis has been handling the sales, leasing and management of Retail Shopping Centers since 1992. She enjoys finding that perfect property for her buyers whether that be a $200,000 house or a 25 million dollar retail shopping center. Bringing together buyers and sellers for a win win for all, it’s the reason she is in the business. Her moto is: A happy client becomes a friend. And a majority of her business consist of 10+ year clients.
