Phyllis Hayashi was great to work with. I was on a 60 day deadline and throughout the whole process, Phyllis was on point and knowledgeable with the surrounding areas of Sacramento. I did not have a certain area I was looking in. I looked for the house then decided if that was the area I wanted to live in. Phyllis was kind enough while showing a property, during an evening around 5pm, I wanted another friend of mine to take a look at the property with me. Phyllis said to me that she would wait around until I could get my friend to come out and look at the property. Also, she showed us another property after that which was located not too far away. I would consider that as going over and beyond to wait after she had shown me the property until my friend could bet there. Phyllis was always on point and willing to answer any questions I had, day or night. She always made her self available and made me feel like her first priority and very well taken care of. Phyllis was great! From the first time I met her I knew I was in good hands. She was patient with me and my crazy questions and even helped with my infant daughter during showings. I look forward to working with Phyllis and her amazing team in the future.
