As a native of the Crystal Coast, Phyllis can’t think of another place she would prefer to live. She loves the land, the waters, the people, and their simplistic way of life. Because of this, she enjoys a successful real estate career. The real estate advantages she offers come from her experiences in property management (beneficial for investors) and her involvement in the community, church, and schools (beneficial for relocating families). She is a graduate of UNC-Wilmington with a BA Degree in Education. She is married to Budda and have two children, Riley, and Coley. She strives to instill in her children a great appreciation for the area and provide experiences that build fond childhood memories - like those she enjoys as a result of growing up at the beach.
