Phyllis Jespersen has been a licensed Real Estate Agent in Maryland since 2004. As a Realtor with the National Association of Realtors she earned a national designation as an Accredited Buyers Representative and as a Senior Real Estate Professional. As a member of the Maryland Association of Realtors she keeps current with the legal and legislative updates for Maryland real estate professionals and proudly adheres to fair housing and ethical real estate practices. Her ongoing education not only keeps her on top of the market trends it helps her keep her in tune with how her business development plan is designed to put her customers first and provide top notch service and complete satisfaction. Her membership with FCAR, the Frederick County Association of Realtors, allows her to be a part of her community by serving on various committees including the Affordable Housing Committee, the Informed Professionals as well as the Continued Education Committee and others.
Phyllis is originally from Rockville, MD and spent most of her childhood there. She and her husband moved their family to nearby Damascus, MD in the early 1980’s and in 1992, Phyllis moved with her 2 children to Frederick, MD. Now a resident for more than 20 years, Phyllis believes the town has kept the feel of a small town she fell in love with and still offers everything she needs.She endorses her own philosophy to live local and support community sustainability.
