Pierre gave us information on houses for sale. He showed us about five and we fell in love with this one. As we made the offer with his help, we learned that there are others also bidding on this house. After many negotiations, Pierre finally got us under contract. He referred us to a very good lender and attorney. We were very satisfied with Pierre's advice and service and I will recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house.

My wife and I were looking for a house in a specific area and we had a very limited budget. After many attepts we contacted Pierre Maree. He showed us about 5 houses we like and we decided to submit an offer. Pierre helped us with that process and also referred us to a FHA lender that gave us a very good rate. Pierre arranged for the inspection and appraisal. Then he helped with negotiating the repairs. All worked out just fine and we were very lucky to have met Pierre.

He found me a lot of places I liked and I made an offer with his help. I did not get the first house but then I got an even one. I am so happy with the new house. Pierre Maree was referred to me by a friend. Pierre helped me to list my family home. At first I thought I would sell it to a family member, but then we realized that there is a lot of legal documents that is needed and it is not that easy. We got the help of Pierre Maree and he knows the process very well. He has been doing it for a long time and he had very good advice for us. He also referred us to other people that were great. Pierre is a very hard working person and very easy to deal with. If you want to sell your house, you have to call him.

I planned to buy a condo uptown Charlotte. I started searching and realized it is not that easy. I found Pierre Maree online and he sent me a list of places that were what I was looking for. Condos have HOA and some of them are very high. Pierre showed me a few condos every week until I found the one I like. It was empty so I could move in immediately and paid rent until we can go to closing. Pierre helped me with the inspector, lender and lawyer. He was so helpful and I am very grateful.

We have bought and sold a house with Pierre Maree in the past. We are currently looking for a place outside of town with some space. Pierre has been great with finding us places and he has just shown us a horse farm that would be perfect. He will also direct us to the best lender for that type of property. Pierre was referred to us as a realtor when we decided to buy our house. We explained to him what we were looking for and he sent us a list of properties to look through, After we saw about six we decided to submit an offer on one. It was accepted and then all the paperwork started. We needed to complete the contract that Pierre helped us with and we had to do all the paperwork for the loan and the more for the closing. All in all it was a very stressful process but with Pierre's help, it was much better that what we thought. I will use Pierre for all my real estate business.
