If I had to sell or purchase another house ever, Pierre Nicholson would be the main person I would use. Not only does he know what to do to get the job done. He walks you through the entire process with one's interest as top priority and removes all the stress. You would never have to worry about anything and he is very open with everything, so you won't have questions. If there are any he will answer them forwardly and direct, there are no games, when it comes to his real estate profession.

I have known Mr.Nicholson for well over 15 years. He has successfully guided me in the purchasing and selling of properties with the DC metro area. Always a professional. He was extremely proactive with all of my realty concerns down to the smallest detail. I even referred Mr. Nicholson to family members and friends where he also helped them find new dwellings, and sell their existing homes above market value. I absolutely recommend Mr. Nicholson as the best in the business.
