Pierre was first licensed in the State of Florida as a Sales Associate in 2003 and then attained his Broker's license in 2007. Having been involved in real estate for almost 20 years, Pierre has extensive experience in both residential and commercial sales and leasing of owner-occupied and investment properties.
To complement Pierre’s experience, his academic achievements include a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Master of Science in International Real Estate (M.Sc.), and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Real Estate Finance, all from Florida International University, Miami, Florida.
Additionally, outside of Florida, Pierre has worked in various capacities with multiple public and private international organizations throughout the Caribbean and Latin America such as the Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, and Jamaica, where he currently serves as the President of the Realtor's Association of Jamaica (RAJ).
In 2021, Pierre joined Keller Williams Realty Partners SW in Pembroke Pines, Florida, as a Broker Associate offering Buyer and Seller Representation in both Residential and Commercial Properties. He is also a Mortgage Loan Officer with Lexicon Lending Company and is licensed to offer mortgages throughout the State of Florida.
