Pinyo has been available every step of the way to helping me own a home (and also on leaving my current landlord's place to be sure we are squared away).

While shopping for houses, would point out any flaws on the spot as well as even recommend to not buy a house if it was in bad enough condition or in a bad location.

Extremely knowledgeable and well connected with competent contractors to help around with any sort of questions I had.

I was a first time home seller, and from day-one Pinyo was engaged in the details of the potential sales goals and options; he brought extremely thorough research to the very first meeting, and he was able to present the bottom line up front without overwhelming me. I appreciated this approach and asked additional questions of him towards deciding whether or not to secure his service; my questions were answered promptly and clearly and without any undue pressure, and with that I decided to proceed with Pinyo for my home sale. During the live sales process, I especially appreciated the up-to-date systems that Pinyo used to support my facilitation of the sale (e.g. an easy-to-use phone app for me to approve and manage showings, automated emailed timelines to remind me of sale to-do’s with deadlines, etc.); these things made all the difference in making the ‘work’ of selling feel easy and supported. I also credit the marketing methodology that he leverages — as a result, I had multiple offers on the home. When we did go under contract with the best offer (and it was great), I had additional questions about some of my final steps as the seller and reached out to Pinyo frequently for reassurance of what exactly I needed to do (or not do) to support success of sale; he was consistently customer-forward and kind in his responses back to me through to the final step. I was also given regular status updates on the progress of the buyers side; I appreciated receiving regular reports that the buyer had successfully moved to a next step in their own process. The closing service partnership was stellar. Pinyo is an end-to-end agent and his work is truly seamless, translating directly to the customer.

I have bought and sold over ten propertied in several states over the past two decades. In all those transactions, I have not had a single agent put in the effort that I watched Pinyo put out every day. My purchase was complicated as I live 1600 miles from the home I purchased. Pinyo made the process as easy as possible. More importantly, I never felt pressure to buy this house or that. Pinyo was quick to point out the flaws and deficiencies, instead of pushing for the quick sell. Without a doubt I endorse Pinyo, he is honest, and he is professional.

Panyo is the best, he was thorough, professional and great to work with. He kept me aware about available appointments and always let me know as soon as a new property come on the market. I have a 14 years old son I was concerned about the security of the neighborhood and the schools. He checked to make sure the neighborhood was safe and the school ratings was great. He also provided affordable resources like home owners insurance, handyman and inspector. He made the process very stress free. I am very happy with my new home. I can’t speak highly enough of Panyo. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty and hard work ethics are very much appreciated. I give him five stars and will highly recommend Panyo without hesitation.

Working with Pinyo is the best decision we ever made! The home buying process can be an absolute nightmare when things go wrong. The first mistake anyone can make is working with a sketchy realtor, and we had met a few before. Pinyo came recommended by a friend and we knew he was our guy when we met him. He is honest, kind, and extremely knowledgeable in both the real estate market and home quality and value. We had a very specific idea of what we wanted in a home, so specific we were nervous for a time that we would have to make some compromises. Pinyo helped us find EXACTLY what we were looking for, and helped us form a bid that we were very happy with, and somehow, in a brutally fast market, got us our home on our FIRST TRY!!
I cant promise everyone will get this lucky, but I can absolutely promise that Pinyo is the right choice for a realtor.

We engaged Pinyo to help us find a house on the water and gave the parameters of a 2 hour drive for a weekend home/cabin or 20 minutes for a primary residence. We really wanted waterfront for our primary residence, but everything we looked at on our own was very pricy and probably beyond our reach. Pinyo was great at bringing new listing to our attention within minutes or hours of them being for sale or "coming soon" which gave us an advantage. Pinyo knew what we were looking for and knew the market and had us get prequalified and we were completely ready for the when the right house came along. Finally, the house we now call home came on the market and through Pinyo's persistence and timing we were able to get the home of our dreams. It had everything we wanted and more and was within the price we were willing to pay. Not only that, but he made sure that we had our previous house ready for sale and sold it in 4 days for way more than asking. Pinyo listens to what is important to his clients, understand the housing market and its trends and provides exceptional service above and beyond what is required. I highly recommend contacting Pinyo if you are thinking of buying or selling a house.

Pinyo was absolutely nothing but the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. He was always available to my wife and I and had answered numerous questions throughout the process. He helped us find the exact brand new house we wanted after we made our move to Virginia.

Pinyo also has an eagle eye for all things. He will point out everything you can possibly imagine when looking at houses. All to your benefit of course.

Pinyo is not afraid to dig right in and ask the hard questions. He is totally all about his client and always made us feel like we were his most important people.

We worked with Pinyo for the first time about 5 years ago when purchasing our first home. He was extremely helpful and professional then, so it was no question that we were going to work with him again when renting out our home while temporarily moving overseas. We were nervous and overwhelmed with the whole process, but Pinyo walked us through everything, providing all the information we requested and then some. He made things easy by handling the listing, thoroughly communicating all viewings, and providing guidance for vetting potential tenants. He also helped us with the lease and initial walkthrough. We feel he surpassed our expectations and relieved so much of our stress during the whole ordeal! We have also recommended him to other friends for renting, purchasing and selling homes!

Pinyo immediately stood out from the other real estate agents I met with. He's passionate about what he does and it shows. During our first meeting, he explained who he was and walked me through the process. He made me feel comfortable and like I was his number one priority. He is detail-oriented and professional in everything he does. During our walk through of my home, he identified issues that I needed to correct before placing my house on the market. When problems arose whether it was replacing my washing machine or finding a handyman, he responded quickly with a solution. His valuable input guided me through the process of negotiating the sale and I was quite happy with the outcome. I've worked with a number of real estate agents over the years, but no one has provided me with the level of service that Pinyo did.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Pinyo. I am Very fortunate to have worked with Pinyo when I was looking to buy a house. He helped through the whole process, He was an excellent listener who cared about my needs and cautioned me not to rush and always reminds me that I will find the right house for me.
I met with a couple of realtors before Pinyo, but I knew instantly that he was the one I want to work with. He is honest and hands-on, and he really helped to take the pressure off.
Every time we viewed a new property Pinyo would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc.
The best part about working with Pinyo was that he was always more focused on answering my questions, giving me informed advice, and finding homes that met my needs than he was on closing a deal. I would recommend him to anyone.

Knowledgeable, punctual, responsive... Pinyo is the definition of a realtor that works for you and only you. As a first time home buyer I was hesitant about choosing a realtor, but pinyo made me feel comfortable right away. There was never a moment I felt rushed or pushed into anything I didn’t want to. He informs you and let’s you make the educated decision... (P.S. take his suggestions, that’s always the right decision) Bottom line is if you want some one to work for you and is available at all times, Pinyo is your realtor.
