For Piper Young, passion is her fuel, and the connection is her love language. As a proud Dallas native, she has watched her hometown multiply, which inspired her to be a part of the city’s growth. Since 2010, Piper has made her love for Dallas and networking a driving force of motivation in her real estate career.
Piper is the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Principal at @properties Dallas. Alongside her long-time friend and business partner, Jerry W. Mooty, Jr., the pair have joined forces to launch @properties’ Dallas office in the third quarter of 2021. This team opened @properties' third franchise location and first in the state of Texas. Piper’s experience in real estate perfectly aligns with @properties’ vision of superior service, creative marketing ventures, national outreach, and local connections.

Piper prides herself on her ability to fulfill off-market deals and premarket sales without the use of traditional selling tools. She is luxury real estate redefined. With her finger on the pulse of the city and real estate networking groups, where she learns about exclusive off-market properties, she gives her clients an edge on the competition by finding the hottest deals before they even hit the market. Piper has an eye for luxury and loves finding clients the perfect deal.
In her previous role, Piper successfully led her team, focusing on luxury and new construction developments, investment properties, niche markets, and relocation transactions. She was recognized in Modern Luxury’s Power Players issue and Influential Leaders of Real Estate issue for her diverse, successful business portfolio. Over the last year, Piper handled over $45M in transactions and will lead a group of agents, alongside Jerry Mooty, Jr., focused on luxury residential and new development.
Throughout her 11-year career, Piper has had many successes, including her involvement in a $65 million development in Inwood Park and a $150 million second-home development outside of Tyler, TX. In 2021 alone, Piper is on track to produce over $50 million in residential sales volume. And, her talents haven’t gone unnoticed! Piper’s love for the Dallas community extends far beyond the real estate scene. The married mother of two is passionate about local philanthropic organizations, including the Birthday Party Project, Suicide Crisis Center, Children’s Cancer Fund, and Fresh Faces of Fashion. When she is not finding her clients' dream homes, Piper can be spotted winning a tennis match, at home with her family, or skiing down Colorado’s steepest slopes.
