My family has been in the process of buying a home for a long time. With so many options, we were overwhelmed with choosing the perfect realtor! Luckily for us, we found PK Realtor.

Because we were already going to him for our taxes, it was very easy to get in contact with him about his services. His experience with taxes makes him very reliable, and easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable in the financial field.

It was very easy for him to take a look at our income and budget. He gave us great advice when making a strategy for buying our new home. He came up with ways for us to raise our credit, interest rate, and insurance. He also came up with ways for us to save money and manage our down payment. We also had assistance with getting pre-approved on our loan. All of this enabled us to move forward easily with the home buying process.

We heard that he was great with negotiation from a past buyer. He is very experienced and knowledgeable about the current real estate market. We definitely to find good deal in his efforts.
