After moving here from the Bay Area where Polly worked with Coldwell Banker for many years, she has embraced the lifestyle and the warmth of the people who live in the beautiful surroundings they are so fortunate to have in Austin. She strives to provide the highest level of service to clients -- to relieve the stress of the transaction whether it is your first home, your tenth, or a company relocation. She is certified in both the Cartus and SIRVA Relocation Network and work with many other boutique relocation companies as well.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how she works. Polly tries to stay ahead of the curve of what is happening so she can share that information with her clients to aid in making the right decision for them.

That said, in her experience as an Austin real estate professional, she has also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting her clients first. This means keeping herself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. We all communicate differently, and she adapts her communication to client’s choice, be it by telephone, emails, or text messages.

Polly was born and raised in the Midwest and then moved to Arizona where she attended high school and Arizona State University. She and her husband Jim and called Silicon Valley home for many years where they were a Broker Associate Team with Coldwell Banker. After living part time in the Hill Country for several years, in 2008, they moved from Northern California and embraced Austin as home. They are both involved in their church, Austin Baptist Church, and have a true heart for missions, being active in several local Austin mission projects.
