Our experience began w/ Porsche sitting down with us, talking through the home buying process as well as the current realities of the Virginia market. Based on our budget, ideal home, location, she provided ideas on neighborhoods that might fit our wants/needs and type of home we might expect to find within our budget. To start, same night we met she started sending us upcoming & current listings. We spent approximately 2 days looking in each of the selections/checking out listings while Porsche spent time in sched'lng different showings. We were very indecisive home shoppers, so we definitely tested her knowledge about local communities/types of homes, & were never disappointed with her responses. Most important to us, She was always honest with us about what she thought about each property, was always available & helpful, and we always felt that she truly had our best interests at heart. She constantly works beyond the traditional office hrs & works really hard to get what we need.
