Portia Metras is amazing and provides everything you could want with a Real Estate Professional. Once we made the decision to sell the condo she had it listed 5 days later and started showings 3 days after that. She handled the inspection and a handyman for some subsequent repairs while I was out of town and the escrow took 22 days once we accepted an offer. I think that is remarkable... and speaks to how well she kept the process moving. Thank you Portia for making this happen, I really appreciate it.

Portia listed & sold my home In Artesian Ridge area of Del Sur in 5/2018. She held numerous open houses most weekends & actually held a private open house event for the top selling agents in the area. She marketed it on TV, The View magazine & advertised nationally & internationally. It was in The NY Times & Wall Street Journal with the actual buyer coming from Atlanta Georgia. That shows that the massive advertising sold the home. I highly recommend Portia to both sellers & buyers.
