In the hodgepodge of realtors and mishmash of real estate agents there are some peculiar traits that make Prabin peculiar and different. He is a man of honesty and words. He never failed to impress me with explaining the details of everything from minute to monumental one. He has been a true friend and professional along every steps throughout the home buying process. I have experienced that the home buying process can really become hectic and tumultuous. He was always on time in showing us properties all around Baltimore and nearby places. Every home he showed us were clean and timid. Finally, when we chose our house, he started working on making an offer with thorough and complete comparative market analysis. In fact, that was a first house we put an offer, and it was accepted. I firmly believe that it would not have been possible without the professional insight of Prabin Bhandari. During the lengthy process, we went through a tunnel of uncertainty. Every time we would call for any updates he would pick up the phone and would try to sooth us. This was our first home buying experience and Prabin was absolutely fantastic. He was super helpful every step of the way, from helping us figure out what we actually wanted and needed in a house, to finding the perfect home, and ultimately getting us to the settlement table!
PROs: Knowledgeable: He knew a LOT about Baltimore housing, both the market and some nuances about builds and things for us to look out for.

Responsive: I don’t think a phone call to Prabin ever went unanswered, and his turnaround time on email/text responses was lightning quick.

Proactive: I never felt like we were behind at any step in the process because Prabin was on top of everything. Whenever anyone needed something from us (signatures, etc.), he’d reach right out, and otherwise he just took care of everything else! Courteous and unshakeably positive: Besides being fantastic at his job, Prabin is also one of the most likeable people we’ve ever met. We always felt at ease with him as he was always kind, respectful, and framed everything we were doing in a positive light. We need more Prabin Bhandari in this world!
