I worked with Precious to buy first home. She is very knowledgeable about the area. I had a pretty tight budget but had a couple non-negotiables such as a backyard for my fur babies and Precious understood how important that was to me. We found a great property that fit all my needs and knew we had to act fast. Precious had the paperwork written up with a couple hours and we were able to get the offer in and close pretty quickly. For someone like myself who didn’t know much about the process, Precious made sure she kept me updated on the entire process and even continued to answer questions after closing.
