Next know the pulse of the market after analyzing multiple facts , once you find the proper match walk your client thru the whole process make sure they don’t feel like they are stumbling any time . For that a sales person has to have knowledge of loan process, title process and finally settlement. The process does not end at locating a house or getting the contract signed.
