Prescott Perkins

Prescott “Pete” Perkins is a graduate of Syracuse University with a degree in Business Marketing and Finance. He spent 13 years in the utility industry as an Industrial Development Specialist, helping to grow our local communities by creating sites & buildings for new industries.

After leaving the utility industry, Pete went to work for himself overseeing the development of townhouses, warehouses, strip retail plazas, and various office & commercial buildings. Owning a local real estate franchises honed his real estate knowledge & expertise.

After selling his real estate business, Pete moved forward with a partnership in larger real estate ventures and investments that he is still active with to this day.

The social, economic, and political dynamics of a community seems to cycle continually. Having local market knowledge, expertise & experience allows Pete to successfully navigate these challenges. Pete would enjoy the opportunity to share his wealth of experience with new buyers & sellers.
