Preston was extremely helpful from the get go. He responded very quickly to all of our questions, even on weekends! He was also very patient with us in our home search. I have heard stories from other people about their realtors taking too long to get back with them and just waiting around. Not the case at all in our experience. He made our home search easy and fun. We will definitely contact Preston in any future home purchases.

We were very impressed with Preston. We were relocating from Illionis and found Preston through a phone call about a property we wanted to see. Preston is very knowledgeable about the nuances involving investment property and has a keen eye for a good investment.
