I found Preston randomly after I was disappointed with my first agent. Preston is Mr. Fairhope and knows the local area and neighborhoods really well. He went out of his way in all aspects handling all the minutia of my home purchase representing me since I was not local and 3 hours away. Preston's service was above and beyond from start to finish. We were driving through this lovely area 9 months ago and contacted Preston via a listing we'd seen on Zillow, not only did he take the time to select other suitable houses for us to view, he took the time to show us the town and local highlights. Preston kept in contact with us while we ventured from Arizona to North Carolina house hunting and we returned to Fairhope. With his and Staci Neimeyer's invaluable help and patience we finally bought our dream home. Even after the sale Preston and Staci have helped us find tradesmen and health professionals to help us settle in.
