Since 1998, I have been passionate about helping buyers, sellers, investors, homeowners in trouble, buyers looking for their dream home ... or their first home ... or getting a home that accommodates their new vision for life. My main goal when becoming a broker was to help my clients never feel like I did when buying our first home as 20-somethings, and then our second home as 30-somethings. We were left hanging every time, left trying to figure it all out on our own and our real estate agents nowhere to be found. I have a sales award placque on my office wall from 2012, reminding me that my multi-million dollars in sales were most all from "short sales" -- working hard helping people so they would not lose their homes to foreclosure during those very difficult times. My background is in real estate law and self-employment. I am also a notary public doing mobile notary signings throughout the region.

I've helped many property owners buy, sell, buy, and sell again and putting thousand$ into their investments, whether it be a bank account, another property, bill payoffs, and more.
I opened my own brokerage, Zenith Realty, LLC, midway through my real estate career so I could provide additional choices to our clients. Brokers have come and gone through those years, but we are still here, working for each client, one at a time. Recently, I closed our commercial office space and moved Zenith Realty, LLC, to my home, a relaxing farm property in the foothills of the Coast Range where we have almost 57 acres. The air is fresh and we get too much rain and snow, but it was wonderful achieving our dream of moving into the country 21 years ago. We've had a variety of farm animals and pets over the years but currently have two outside cats, two great Aussie-Lab mix dogs, a pair of ducks, and about a dozen chickens. When not helping my clients, I enjoy running my Kubota tractor getting the fields in shape and pulling up scotch broom that loves to take over when you're not paying attention.
Running Zenith Realty, LLC, via "remote" fits into the modern-day real estate business. It's really changed a lot in the past 26 years! Since real estate is a mobile business (we go to where the property is), it makes a lot of sense to not spend hard-earned $ on a brick-and-mortar space and losing two hours a day commuting. We come to you and the rest is done via internet. When I was first licensed, I used a map and the MLS printed a fat book of listings every week. My how things have changed!
