Based on market trends she counsels clients on portfolio adjustment/management. Marketing is her core strength. She guides clients on how to prep a home for sale. Priti also holds a two-year diploma in computer programming. A tech-savvy person she uses latest tools and techniques to reach a wider range of audience to showcase her listings in the most appealing way. Besides Internet marketing she also focuses on direct marketing to targeted audience to drive traffic to her listings.

She patiently works with buyers, provides them the right data and information to guide them into making the right decision. Priti is licensed both in New York and Connecticut and understands dynamics of both markets. Her past experience as sales and marketing manager, heading a computer training institute helps her excel in all aspects of a real estate transaction be it marketing a property, dealing with multiple clients simultaneously or negotiation terms and conditions of a sale.
