I started my Real Estate career in California in 2002 after I left Oracle Corp. I received Grand Master, Master and President awards for several years from Bay East Association of Realtors (BEAR). I also have been Top Producer at my office for several years. I was the member of Board of Director and also VP and President of a local non-profit organization for last 6 years. In US I am working as a realtor for past 21 years. In my opinion the Real Estate market is the safest investment in US. For small investors I help them to acquire fixer properties, fix and flip them and help them make a profit. For bigger investors I help in the acquisition process and to develop small sub-divisions. For Larger investors with huge funds, I help them acquire larger projects for building multi units 20-30+ units in a new sub-division where minimum investment required is in a few millions.
